  • Improved a SaaS startup’s internal data sourcing and reporting to allow for a deeper understanding of user and early-adopter behavior leading to valuable business insights for its CEO and executive leadership that fuels weekly strategic decisions.​

  • Re-envisioned, wrote, and designed a fifteen-year-old nonprofit’s 36-module curriculum for a hybrid and asynchronous learning structure, working closely with an instructional designer to position the organization and its beneficiaries in alignment with the organization's five-year strategic plan.
